Why Working with a Coach different?
You've joined the gym, bought the workouts, downloaded the meal plans, and you've even pinned 150 of the "most amazing" workouts to your "Dream Body" Pinterest board. All these things have promised results, BUT none of them have actually worked. Either the struggle is real when it comes to following through, or you somehow never even get started. You have no one to hold you accountable (except for you), and you can't seem to make yourself stick to anything long enough to get into a routine. It all seems to require a lot of willpower you don't have. You're left feeling desperate for results, and asking yourself, “What now???”
The answer is actually simple… develop consistent, healthy lifestyle habits. Let’s be real though, simple doesn't always mean easy! We ALL need accountability and support, and that's where I come in. As your personal health and wellness coach, I want to EMPOWER you to be your best self through fitness, health, and wellness. Together, we will identify YOUR unique goals. Then, we'll work together to create and develop healthy habits that allow you to reach those goals without the constant willpower struggle. Remember, this is not a sprint to lose weight (you're already tried that right?!). This is a marathon to feel your best, and along the way you're going to learn how to create a lifestyle that ensures you look and feel your best from the inside out. I am here as your personal coach and cheerleader - in fact, I'll probably be more excited about your wins than you are! Along the way, you can expect to find me sending you virtual high fives for great workouts, holding you accountable to your goals, and being REAL with you. I want exactly what you want, for you to be YOUR BEST!!!!!!
How does this all work?
Once you have decided that your health and wellness is worth your mental, physical, and financial investment, we can get started! Your journey will require a significant commitment from the both of us and I need to know that you are “all in” for at least 3 months as we develop a strong foundation. It takes time to establish life-long patterns of healthy living which ultimately lead to significant changes in mind and body. I will be 100% dedicated, and I need you to be as well.
It is important to know my coaching program is not a “quick fix” to weight loss but instead a combination of different phases that you allow you develop healthy habits to create YOUR BEST lifestyle enabling you to feel and look your best.
Weeks 1-4 - Goal setting. Information Gathering. Adjust pattern of eating.
Weeks 4-8 - Establish personalized Macros. Introduction to Strength Workouts
Week 8-16 - Fueling based on your personalized Macros. Progressions in Strength Workouts. Introduction to Cardio.
Week 16+ - Healthy Lifestyle starting to take shape! Healthy Mind and Body are in effect. All the hard work you have put in will show in your amazing progress!

$200 per month plus a one time $75 Set Up Fee which includes downloadable app and a welcome kit.

Constant communication regarding your progress to include weekly accountability check-ins

I am interested, what happens next?
Click on the “Contact ME” link and fill out the short form and I will personally be in touch within 48 hours to schedule a free consultation via phone or Skype. Once we have had the opportunity to chat, you can then decide if to would like to apply.
Do I have to have a gym membership or access to a gym?
Absolutely not! I will program your workouts based on your needs whether it be Home Workouts or Gym workouts. You do not need any special equipment to have a great workout! As you progress in your journey, I will always offer various recommendations that fit your space and budget.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Absolutely not! I do not have a contract however I do ask for all of my clients to give themselves at least 3-4 months when they are starting my coaching program. It is important to be realistic and it takes time to identify and develop lifestyle changes that lead to results. They say it takes at least 10-12 weeks to develop a new habit :)
What if I have a disability or health condition?
Disability/health conditions can be a challenge but they don't have to hold you back, and they certainly won't stop us from making amazing progress through improvements to your well being as we establish healthy lifestyle habits. I'd love to discuss your concerns and questions to see if we're a good match.
