My health and wellness journey has evolved from many experiences that so many of us women face. However for me, it was a pretty intense tango with postpartum depression that facilitated many of my lifestyle changes. It was over a year of consistent healthy eating, moving with intention and nurturing my mental health before I really started to witness major shifts in both mind and body. As a result, I have fallen in love with ME. This journey is never-ending and I continue to reveal my best version through self-discovery, love and acceptance.
As a trainer, I have the privilege of being a part of one of the most vulnerable aspects of people’s lives, the desire to feel and look their best. It became crystal clear to me that I wanted to provide more than a great workout. As result, I changed my approach and started coaching healthy mind and body through FITNESS, NUTRITION and MINDFULNESS.
It is my passion to inspire and motivate women from all different walks of life as they discover and live their BEST life.
